Your Responsibilities
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nordics Marketing Specialist/Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving the marketing efforts across the Nordics region (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland) and will be based in either Germany or Norway. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of relevant work experience, a solid understanding of the Nordic markets, and a passion for executing successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist in the implementation of regional marketing strategies across the Nordics to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and sales growth.
- Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing campaigns (including digital, social media, events, and PR) to support brand objectives and product launches.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the EMEA marketing team, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of marketing activities.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the Nordics. Provide insights to adapt strategies to local market conditions.
- Media & Influencer Relations: Build and manage relationships with key media, influencers, and local partners to ensure effective PR campaigns and product exposure.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize and support local marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, and consumer events.
- Content Localization: Work with global content teams to ensure that marketing materials are tailored to the Nordics market, aligning with local language, culture, and consumer preferences.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities across the Nordics region, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
