Your Responsibilities
After-Sales Management for France:
- Lead and oversee after-sales support operations across France, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Provide dedicated support to spare parts supply management across the EMEA region.
- Spare Parts Availability: Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels of spare parts for France and EMEA service centers, ensuring parts are available when needed.
- Regularly communicate with HQ to forecast and ensure the availability of parts.
- Track and reduce replacement and credit note costs by ensuring better parts management and availability.
- Registration of Parts
- Creating Parts invoice to Main Distributor
- Engage with key French customers to manage their after-sales needs.
- Work closely with repair centers to ensure optimal training and performance, including audits and process improvements.
- Improve customer satisfaction through faster repair times and better spare parts availability. Streamline spare parts management and improve supply chain efficiency across regions.
