Your Responsibilities
After-Sales Management for France: 
  • Lead and oversee after-sales support operations across France, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Spare Parts Management for EMEA: 
  • Provide dedicated support to spare parts supply management across the EMEA region.
  • Spare Parts Availability: Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels of spare parts for France and EMEA service centers, ensuring parts are available when needed.
  • Regularly communicate with HQ to forecast and ensure the availability of parts.
  • Track and reduce replacement and credit note costs by ensuring better parts management and availability.
  • Registration of Parts
  • Creating Parts invoice to Main Distributor 
Key Customer Support: 
  • Engage with key French customers to manage their after-sales needs.
Repair Center Support: 
  • Work closely with repair centers to ensure optimal training and performance, including audits and process improvements.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through faster repair times and better spare parts availability. Streamline spare parts management and improve supply chain efficiency across regions.
Your profile
  • Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in spare parts management, after-sales service, or supply chain management within a technical or manufacturing environment.
 Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in spare parts logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in demand forecasting and ERP/inventory management systems.
  • Strong understanding of cost control strategies and supply chain process optimization.
Language Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory, German and Mandarin is a plus. 
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships across regions.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
