As a key player in our marketing efforts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, you'll closely work with the local Marketing Manager and the EMEA Marketing Team on the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special initiatives to promote the company's products and brand. Key Responsibilities- Retail Campaigns & Activation
- Plan, localize, and implement retail marketing campaigns across European retail chains (e.g., MediaMarkt, Amazon, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing and creative adaptation to implementation and performance tracking.
- POS Materials & Shopper Marketing
- Develop and coordinate production of POS materials, displays, and merchandising tools to ensure consistent brand identity and maximum shopper engagement.
- Audit in-store execution and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Channel & Partner Collaboration
- Align with channel partners and distributors to co-create joint marketing plans.
- Support sales teams with retail presentations, sell-in tools, and activation proposals.
- Budget & ROI Management
- Manage allocated retail marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximizing ROI.
- Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Market Insights & Best Practices
- Monitor retail trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities in the European market.
- Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across countries.
