Your Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for key consumer electronics retail and DIY accounts in Poland, with the goal of achieving or exceeding sales targets and supporting the company’s growth. This role focuses on managing existing retail partners and exploring new opportunities in the DIY sector.

- Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy for Poland to ensure achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
- Manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts including MediaExpert, Euro RTV, and MediaMarkt.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within DIY chains such as OBI, Leroy Merlin, and Bricomarche.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient sales structures and processes.
- Drive new product introductions and coordinate related marketing activities with key accounts.
- Monitor and actively manage sales activities and performance across Poland.
- Ensure strong brand presence and improve brand awareness in the Polish market.
