Your Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Localize global brand positioning into actionable strategies tailored for EMEA markets
- Lead the development and execution of regional brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (digital, retail, PR, partnerships)
Market Intelligence & Insight
- Work with consumer insight teams or local agencies to identify category trends and consumer behaviour
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and translate learnings into actionable brand moves
Cross-functional & Cross-country Collaboration
- Liaise closely with Global HQ, local country teams, and commercial stakeholders (sales, trade marketing, etc.)
- Act as the brand lead for creative alignment, agency briefings, and internal approvals
Campaign Development & Execution
- Own the 360° brand calendar across EMEA: hero campaigns, KOL/influencer activities, PR pushes
- Oversee localization and transcreation of key visual assets and messaging
- Collaborate with digital & media teams to ensure brand campaigns land with strong ROI
Performance Tracking
- Monitor brand health metrics, campaign KPIs, and share of voice across countries
- Use insights to optimize future campaigns and build best practice playbooks
